GkauVera gladly accepts item returns within 14 days of delivery.

 

Contact GkauVera within 3 days of delivery to notify returns and ship items back within 14 days of delivery. Return items must be unopened! Seal must not be broken.

 

Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

 

You'll receive a refund once the item is received.
